what is ai tv?
AI TV (artificial-intelligence television) is live television whose content is generated by AI models in real time, steered by the audience instead of a studio. on a traditional channel, a broadcaster decides the schedule and ships finished footage. on an AI TV channel, the audience writes short prompts, a generation pipeline turns the winning prompt into video within seconds, and the result airs immediately — to everyone watching, at the same moment.
crowdtv.ai is the first channel built entirely this way. the loop is ten seconds long: viewers pitch one-line scenes and back them with ◆ (AIR, the channel's currency); every ~10 seconds the highest-backed pitch wins, is generated live, and goes on air; the aired scene then lands on the wall — a scrolling feed where the crowd likes, comments, sends and downloads it. nothing on the channel existed ten seconds before you saw it.
how is it different from a video generator?
a video generator renders a clip for one person. AI TV is broadcast: one shared stream, one queue, one room reacting together. the scarcity of airtime — only one scene can air per round — is what makes it television rather than a rendering tool.
how is it different from a livestream?
a livestream has a host. crowdtv has a protocol: the queue decides what airs, the crowd funds the queue, and moderation gates every prompt before it can broadcast. the audience is the writer's room, the network, and the ratings — at once.

terms of service
1 · the service. crowdtv is a live AI-generated television channel operated by VIXOAD GROUP LTD. by creating an account or using the service you accept these terms. you must be at least 13 (or the digital-consent age where you live); under-18s need a guardian's permission.
2 · your account. one account per person. your @name is unique and can change at most 3 times (max once per 24h). you are responsible for activity on your account; keep your sign-in methods safe. we may suspend accounts that break these terms or the community guidelines.
3 · AIR (◆). ◆ is a limited, non-refundable* license to use features of the service — not money, not property, not transferable off the channel, and it carries no cash value. earned and purchased ◆ behave identically on the channel. *except as the refund policy below provides.
4 · your content. you own the text you write. by pitching a scene you grant VIXOAD a worldwide license to generate, broadcast, host and display the resulting video on the channel and the wall (it carries the crowdtv.ai watermark). you may delete your scenes at any time — deletion is permanent. don't submit content you don't have the right to use.
5 · generated video. scenes are produced by AI models from crowd prompts. they are fiction, generated in real time, and may be imperfect. VIXOAD may remove any generated content at its discretion.
6 · moderation. all free text passes an automated safety check before it airs, posts or charges. we may also act on reports. repeated violations end accounts; unspent purchased ◆ on a terminated-for-cause account is forfeit where law allows.
7 · advertising. brand placements are labeled, auction-priced in fiat, and governed by a separate advertiser agreement (charged only on winning positions; stats provided as-is).
8 · liability. the service is provided "as is". to the maximum extent permitted by law, VIXOAD's total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9 · changes & contact. we may update these terms; material changes are announced on the channel and by email. continued use after the effective date is acceptance. contact: crowd@crowdtv.ai.
privacy policy
what we collect. account data (email, @name, sign-in method), your on-channel activity (pitches, calls, chat, dms, comments, follows, ◆ ledger), device and usage data, and payment metadata (handled by stripe — card details never touch crowdtv).
what we use it for. running the channel (the queue, the ledger, the feed), safety and moderation, payments and receipts, service emails, and aggregate analytics to improve the show. we do not sell personal data.
what others see. your @name, profile gif, bio, scenes, comments and public counts are visible on the channel. private profiles limit scenes and bio to approved followers. dms are private between participants but pass the automated safety check.
retention & deletion. pause keeps your data intact but hidden. delete-forever removes your profile, scenes and social graph after the 7-day grace; ledgers and invoices are kept as long as tax law requires. you can request a copy or erasure of your data at any time.
your rights. access, correction, export, erasure, and objection — write to crowd@crowdtv.ai. if you are in the EEA/UK you may also complain to your local authority.
refunds & ◆ policy
packs are one-time purchases — no subscription, nothing recurring. within 14 days of a purchase, unspent purchased ◆ is refundable through support to the original payment method. spent ◆ (aired scenes, raises, gifs, profile-gif re-makes, skips) is consumed on use and not refundable. declined payments charge nothing. statutory rights where you live are unaffected.
cookies
crowdtv uses essential cookies (session, security, keep-me-logged-in) and — only with consent where required — analytics cookies to understand how the channel is used. no advertising cookies are set on viewers; brand campaign stats are measured on-channel, not by tracking you across the web. manage preferences from the cookie banner or settings.
community guidelines
- keep it airable. no sexual content involving minors (zero tolerance), no targeted harassment, no doxxing, no incitement — in pitches, chat, dms, comments, bios or names.
- one person, one crowd. no bot farms, no multi-account referral farming, no queue manipulation.
- real brands only in ad slots. impersonating a brand or person in pitches gets removed; doing it in ads gets banned.
- report anything. every post, comment, dm and profile has a report action; moderation reviews like every pitch.
