privacy policy
what we collect. account data (email, @name, sign-in method), your on-channel activity (pitches, calls, chat, dms, comments, follows, ◆ ledger), device and usage data, and payment metadata (handled by stripe — card details never touch crowdtv).
what we use it for. running the channel (the queue, the ledger, the feed), safety and moderation, payments and receipts, service emails, and aggregate analytics to improve the show. we do not sell personal data.
what others see. your @name, profile gif, bio, scenes, comments and public counts are visible on the channel. private profiles limit scenes and bio to approved followers. dms are private between participants but pass the automated safety check.
retention & deletion. pause keeps your data intact but hidden. delete-forever removes your profile, scenes and social graph after the 7-day grace; ledgers and invoices are kept as long as tax law requires. you can request a copy or erasure of your data at any time.
your rights. access, correction, export, erasure, and objection — write to crowd@crowdtv.ai. if you are in the EEA/UK you may also complain to your local authority.
