What we collect

Your email and handle (for your account), your activity on the channel (bids, predictions, hearts, chat), technical basics (IP-derived region, device type) and, for brands, billing details handled by our payment processor — we never see card numbers.

What we use it for

Running the channel, paying out AIR correctly, safety and anti-fraud, and aggregate analytics. Advertisers see aggregate campaign statistics only — never your identity.

What we never do

Sell your personal data, or show advertisers who you are.

Your controls

Export or delete your account data any time from your profile, or by emailing privacy@crowdtv.ai. Deleting removes your personal data; scenes that already aired remain on the channel with the handle anonymized.
