Effective: these terms apply to crowdtv.ai and every CrowdTV surface. By using the channel you agree to them.

Operator. CrowdTV is operated by VIXOAD GROUP LTD, a company registered in Cyprus (reg. no. HE 453952). Contact: support@crowdtv.ai. References to "we", "us" and "crowdtv" in these terms mean VIXOAD GROUP LTD.

1. The service

CrowdTV is an entertainment service: a live AI-generated broadcast whose content is influenced by user prompts and bids. Output is machine-generated and may be inaccurate, absurd, or unavailable at any time.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be 16+ (or the digital-consent age where you live). One account per person; you're responsible for activity under your sign-in.

3. AIR

AIR (◈) is a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use features of the service. It is not money, has no cash value, cannot be redeemed, and may be adjusted to protect the service's integrity (fraud, abuse, bugs).

4. Your content

You keep ownership of prompts you submit and grant CrowdTV a worldwide license to display, adapt (into generated scenes), and archive them on the channel and wall. Don't submit content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, sexual involving minors, or targets private individuals.

5. Brand advertising

Brand purchases are in USD, are final once a surface is served, and are subject to vetting. Misrepresented brands or landing pages forfeit remaining budget.

6. Termination, disclaimers, liability

We may suspend accounts that break these terms. The service is provided "as is"; to the maximum extent permitted by law our liability is limited to amounts you paid in the last 12 months.
